Process Expert I

Assists in identifying and researching workflow problems and system irregularities. Receives guidance and mentoring from more experienced process experts. Essential duties includes, but are not limited to: researches operations workflow problems and system irregularities; assists with the development and testing of process improvement solutions for new systems, new accounts and other operational improvements; assists with the development and leading of project plans and communicating project status; and performs other duties as assigned. Assists with the development and testing of process improvement solutions for CS90.

Process Expert II

Supports a single operations department by participating in project and process work. Essential duties includes, but are not limited to: researches operations workflow problems and system irregularities; develops, tests, presents process improvement solutions for new systems, new accounts and other operational improvements; develops and leads project plans and communicates project status; and performs other duties as assigned.

Assists with the development and testing of process improvement solutions for CS90.

Process Expert Sr.

Supports multiple operations departments by participating in project and process work. Essential duties include, but are not limited to: researches operations workflow problems and system irregularities; develops, tests, presents process improvement solutions for new systems, new accounts and other operational improvements; develops and leads project plans and communicates project status; provides process direction and decision making for all minor and major project work; provides guidance to process experts; and performs other duties as assigned. Assists with the development and testing of process improvement solutions for CS90.

Job Qualifications

Process Expert I

BA degree and up to 3 years related experience (business analysis, process improvement, project coordination) required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in high-volume managed care operations (claims, customer service, enrollment and billing) required. Good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required. Good analytical, strong PC skills and good problem solving skills required. Project/decision facilitation skills required. Six Sigma and Project Management background, preferred. Ability to travel, preferred. Knowledge of CS90 required. Knowledge of ACE, CHIPS, AMISYS preferred

Process Expert II

BA degree and 3-5 years related experience (business analysis, process improvement, project coordination) required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in high-volume managed care operations (claims, customer service, enrollment and billing) required. Demonstrated ability to analyze existing and potential workflows, processes, supporting systems and procedures and identifying improvements required. Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required. Good analytical, strong PC skills and good problem solving skills required. Strong project/decision facilitation skills required. Six Sigma and Project Management background, preferred. Ability to travel, preferred. Knowledge of CS90 required. Knowledge of ACE, CHIPS, AMYSIS preferred.

BA degree and 8-10 years related experience (business analysis, process improvement, project management) required or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Previous experience in high-volume managed care operations (claims, customer service, enrollment and billing) required. Certification in process improvement, process design or project management may be required. Demonstrated ability to analyze existing and potential workflows, processes, supporting systems and procedures and identifying improvements required. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required. Excellent analytical, strong PC skills and good problem solving skills required. Excellent project/decision facilitation skills required. Six Sigma and Project Management background, preferred. Ability to travel, preferred. Knowledge of CS90 required. Knowledge of ACE, CHIPS, AMYSIS preferred
