Principal responsibilities · Oversee the execution of expansion of the Center of Excellence reporting scope according to the transition plan · Facilitates trainings and meetings related to Knowledge Transfer transition and status · Facilitate interaction between the regional SMEs, Report Generators CoE and Transition Team · Coordinate Knowledge Transfer (KT) status updates with Global CoE Lead · Drive service assessment checkpoints and escalate issues as needed · Travel coordinationhost for all onshore KT Travelers · Change Enablement and Communications with Key Stakeholders · Occasional Global travel is required Qualifications · 5+ years of experience in process improvement and project management · 3+ years of work transition andor Shared Services experience · Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree · Superior project management skills, with proven track record of managing multiple projects and consistently meeting deadlines · Strong business writing and editing skills · Strong training and performance support design, development and delivery skills · Experience in Communication design, development and delivery skills · Strong relationship management and partnership skills · Strong Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills · High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and judgment · High level of flexibility, creativity and innovation · Proven track record for delivering results on time and within budget · Proficient in project management tools and methodologies · Proficient in other computer programs and skills Business Process, Change Management, Project Management
