Integrity Management Consulting is currently seeking Procurement Analysts for a DOD client in Dahlgren, VA.
The Procurement Analyst will provide post-contract award support including reporting, processing, distribution, and monitoring contract transactions, including the administration of contracts, task orders, delivery orders and modifications. Prepare post-award contract administration documents, including Excel spreadsheets, and contract closeout documentation for Contracting Officer’s approval. Other responsibilities will include:
Assist the Contracts Department with the maintenance of invoice records and records of invoice payments, maintaining contract files and in the process of being closed or physically complete, as well as reconcile any discrepancies.
Research contracts, financial and acquisition issues or topics; analyze problem areas and scenarios and offer courses of action during the performance of day-to-day activities.
At least eight years of experience in DoD Acquisition using FAR and DFARS processes.
Demonstrated experience in the full range of contracting responsibilities, including pre- and post-award.
Demonstrated knowledge of contracting laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and procurement systems, processes, and automated tools. Proven ability to collect, track, analyze and report procurement related data.
Demonstrated knowledge of Federal Procurement Data System-Next Generation (FPDS-NG); Electronic Data Access (EDA); Standard Procurement System (SPS); and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), and Microsoft Office products.
Candidates must be able to obtain a DOD Secret clearance. Preference given to those with a clearance.
