Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
Evaluates, develops, and manages new and existing services offerings and solutions.
Defines new features and offerings through collaboration with sales, engineering, program management, marketing, and other relevant organizations.
Identifies and develops requirements, analyzes market position, defines pricing strategies, and formulates business cases for multiple offerings and solutions with a focus on enabling strategic growth for new and recurring services.
Conducts in-depth financial analysis on new initiatives and makes recommendations to management.
Develops and plans the roadmap and prioritization for multiple services offerings and solutions.
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years product/offer management experience. Strong technical background with engineering degree a plus.
Proven knowledge of solutions development life-cycle management and methodologies.
Strong background in product/offer management and strategy, market analysis, product pricing and positioning, and demonstrated ability to successfully deliver and manage cost-effective solutions.
Possesses a unique blend of business and technical experience with a proven ability to identify problems and improvements and suggest cost-effective alternative courses of action to management.
Experience with third-party relationships and contracts preferred.
Background in a service organization desirable.
