Reads and interprets a broad variety of work schedules, shop travelers, bill of materials, blue prints and SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)
Accurately records information on shop travelers, time tickets, bin tickets, stock issue/returns and other product and process documentation; operates bar coding and other computerized equipment
Sets up work station with necessary equipment and supplies as per job assignment
Determines and/or follows proper procedures involving a broad range of components which requires one or more of the following: bonding, assembling, packaging, sealing and operating equipment per specifications
Quality :
Visual and instrumental inspection of product. Operates testing equipment
Safety :
Responsible of ensuring a clean and safe work area
Regulatory:
Manages in order to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory/legal requirements.
May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Skills
Minimum requirements:
The ability to read, write and compute basic math
Ability to follow instructions. Self motivated, flexible and cooperative
Excellent hand and eye coordination, hand dexterity and good vision
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Decision making skills and problem solving abilities
Required Experience
Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalency
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of correct machine set-up and operation to meet quality and efficiency standards
Ability to read and interpret a variety of customized blue prints, travelers, SOP’s, operational codes and relevant tables and charts
