Allant Data Management services have complex operational needs and, require operational compliance to a variety of client and outside regulations and procedures. In short – they do not live on a product island. In order to function they must touch and interact with a number of systems and technologies from client databases to external vendors, from accounting to processing.
Existing team(s) create strategy, purchase data and create data management (platform) products to facilitate sales. The Data Management Product Coordinator will be operational ‘glue’ to ensure data management products and capabilities are available and function as intended.
3rd Party Data intake, availability and compliance.
Derived Data creation and governance
Data usage operations: data distribution, storage, destruction, data dictionaries, meta data accuracy
Contribute to requirements for data enhancement tools
Coordinate IT and DP projects associated w/ product work
Documentation of all keying and identification services: PCI, keying service level agreements, etc.
Coordination of all 3rd party or partner identification services
Understand product vision and requirements for data services
Ensure all technical and operational systems are aware of and understand requirements
Coordinate with various departments and identify projects and changes that need to take place beyond engineering of products per se (responsibility of product manager)
Coordinate with outside operational vendors
Maintain SLAs of systems that enable and manage data services products including data availability and new product development
Contribute to development of the Data Management Platform – processes, tools, and systems we use to order, intake, manage and fulfill data and data services.
Data and Data Services integration w/ Allant systems – ensure projects are developed and coordinated to integrate Products with other Allant systems and technologies such as IT support requirements to Accounting
Data usage operational compliance – ensuring manufacturing and regulatory procedures and restrictions are operationalized throughout the Data Management platform.
Identify and manage (resolve and escalate as appropriate) conflicts with resources outside direct data services management
Understand Business Product Requirements and their impact on systems and priorities on the product Platform and across Allant. Coordinate necessary adjustments in product features and functionality and prioritization.
Participate in development of business and technical requirements
Data Intake and Development of Derived Data Segments
Intake and timely access to 3rd party data, consumer and business, from a variety of sources.
Coordinate and manage application of analytics models to create derived data segmentation products. This includes ensuring availability in various data platforms
Maintain and manage compliance data architecture including provider relationships, agreements and timely update management of data such as Do Not Call and other USPS Suppression files as well as Allant’s PCI environment. Monitor use of regulated / compliance data in all environments.
Data Usage Tools
Develop and support tools to facilitate data access and reports for internal and external user groups
Manage compliance to contract / usage limitations and restrictions
Data Management : meta data, data dictionaries and identifiers / Keying Operations, internal distribution and tracking
Support Data Integration SME with requirements development for Keying and other Data Management solutions
Work with enterprise IT to create enterprise ETL standards
Coordinate distribution of data to all internal business environments; manage requests and oversee fulfillment for internal users

Prioritization – coordination with MSP Project management, internal clients, IT, Development
Standards – creation and communication and maintenance of service levels and product performance
The Product Coordinator; Data Management reports to the Director, Data Management, Product Development and Marketing
Experience in operational side of product development/management
Experience with data products and/or customer data integration services a plus
Ability to work within a multi-disciplined and cross-functional team
Able to work autonomously
