Essential Function:
With minimal supervision, the Product Coordinator shall be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, tracking the movement of and maintaining the quality/condition of Sarnova demo equipment. They will conduct physical inspections of each demo item being shipped out and being returned. This individual will take all the steps necessary to ensure the demo equipment is well maintained, according to manufacturer recommendations, and that all accessories and components are available and in good working order for demonstration. The Product Coordinator shall continually evaluate and recommend methods to improve department and company operation and efficiency. This position will be located at the Sarnova Acute warehouse facility in Arlington, TX. They will work directly with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Finance and warehouse personnel. They will work with internal maintenance services departments within Sarnova and outside vendors regarding repairs and maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities:
Prepares customer shipment of all Reward Program fixed assets and demo equipment
Coordinate/complete all returns of Reward Program fixed assets and demo equipment
Serves as corporate equipment Product Coordinator to the sales staff
Manages/tracks demo add approval process, demo wait list, and active demonstrations to ensure delivery and return dates are achieved
Develops expert knowledge regarding equipment, component, and accessory identification
Checks in all demo equipment to ensure completeness, satisfactory appearance, and basic operation
Conducts follow up with account managers to ensure delivery and receipt of demo equipment
Manages, provides, and maintains files on all demo equipment forms and documents
Coordinates all sales of demo equipment to customers with the assistance of sales operations and customer service
Completes all inventory tracking requirements in Great Plains for demo equipment
Performs annual physical inventory for demo equipment
Coordinates demo equipment repairs, recertifications, PMs, upgrades and recalls
Reports appropriate information to Sales Operations to charge salesperson for lost demo
Maintains the demo database
Prepares and delivers reports to sales, marketing, and manufacturers routinely and upon request
Ensure all data entry is 100% accurate
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Completes receipt, distribution and tracking of new demo product launches

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Experience:
Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
Prior work related experience with Medical Equipment
