The Space Systems Engineering Operations Product Lifecycle Management organization is seeking a candidate to lead the engineering release team and perform release activities for the Satellite Development Center (SDC). The responsibility is to define, document and deliver product engineering requirements relevant to certification, engineering release, configuration/data management and engineering processes. Tasks include: Management and release of engineering deliverables assuring compliance and configuration control. Creating and reporting release metrics to internal and external customers. Lead process development, improvements and implementations across SDC. This position requires an alternate schedule to support a 24/7 factory operation with a Thursday to Monday work shift. Weekend differential will apply.

Basic Qualifications For Consideration

Do you have engineering release experience using Teamcenter PDM and CAD/CAM systems such as PRO E?

Do you have experience with aerospace engineering and documentation, drawings, specifications, product structure, part/doc relationships, processes and procedures?

Are you willing to work an alternate schedule (Thursday Monday)?

Typical Education/Experience

Level 3 - AA degree in related discipline and typically 3 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Level 4 - AA degree in related discipline and typically 6 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
