Exciting Strategic Seasonal Product Manager Position at Evergreen Enterprises, Inc. in historic and beautiful Richmond, Virginia.

DUTIES

What you will do
Our Product Manager for Seasonal Home will develop and expand our strategic trim opportunities with Independent retailers and Key Accounts. You will focus on a variety of functional product areas such as: ornaments, seasonal trim, seasonal decor, seasonal soft textiles and gifts and barware. You will lead PD efforts in core functional products to ensure that fashion, fun and ease of merchandising exists. Working with the Key Account teams you will support strategic initiatives, by leveraging existing and new products and factories, to deliver sell-able programs across all home retailers and beyond.

QUALIFICATIONS

Your Background
We are looking for a creative out of the box thinker that wants to join one of the fastest growing companies in our industry and has a passion for the home and for enhancing the home experience. We are looking for high potential candidates looking for the next professional and development growth opportunity. We expect that you will have a minimum of 6-10 years of experiences in the product development area. Our expectation is that you know and understand the key consumer & business trends and analyze relevant product information as it relates to the Home. Have the ability to identify and source either new products appropriate to the new consumer trends or find new companies that produce these products. Drive the establishment of a PD strategy that considers all facets such as: quality, function, buying cost, volume, and sales strategy. Effectively and efficiently manage Suppliers, Contracts, Negotiating, and meeting the Suppliers both domestically and internationally. In collaboration with key company leadership plan and develop the new Home product lines. Abundant knowledge of the products under his/her control and one who has a strong network with domestic and global product development managers. What you will do
