What are the job responsibilities?
Develop new products to enhance and expand the individual market product offering line up including packeaged solutions, advisory, ETFs and mutual funds. The Product Development role is to help build and bring in products across the brokerage and wealth management spectrum but a big emphasis is around the investment advisory platforms. Knowledge of UMA’s, SMAs, mutual fund wrap and Rep as PM programs is required.

Monitor industry and market trends to develop innovative solutions.

Create a segmented product offering that supports both field advisors but phone representatives.

Lead new product initiatives from concept through to implementation.

Who is our ideal candidate?
Knowledge of investment solutions across wealth management

platforms particularly in UMA, Rep as Portfolio Manager and managed accounts with strong

Strong project management skills and must be able to collaborate across the organization working with various disciplines to achieve results.

Experienced with broker dealer and advisory platforms and knowledgeable in working with highly regulated products.
