Product Integrity Technology Manager
available within our
Product Integrity Technology Manager - Driveline
Responsible for strategic and tactical management of processes to improve and sustain Product Integrity as manifested in quality, performance, representation, and supply contract compliance for driveline products.
Leads the development, implementation and management of processes to evaluate and control product Integrity risk during various stages of product design.
Monitor process capability and performance for key driveline intermediates and products to head off potential product integrity issues and identify opportunities for process improvement projects.
Assess and improve change management processes for manufactured intermediates and raw materials that may impact product Integrity for existing finished products
Develop and implement product Integrity training programs for Driveline technology managers, project managers and other stakeholders.
Develop and implement programs to assess and ensure product conformity to OEM and industry performance measures for new and existing products
Work directly with stakeholders to assess and improve the process for approving customer specification agreements
Participate in the investigation of significant/critical product integrity issues as required. Incorporate learning’s into Driveline product integrity processes
Participate or consult in product Integrity related communications with OEMS/customers.
Networks effectively with Operations, R&D, Testing and other LZA segments to support business objectives
REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
Four year degree in chemistry or chemical engineering
10+ years’ experience in Lubrizol QA/QC or finished products as well as Lubrizol SAP production data and quality systems
Demonstrated strong leadership abilities
Strong communication skills, including ability to engage at all levels in a company both internally and externally
Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
A strong drive for results
Ability to be flexible and adapt to multiple demands
Effective advocacy and influencing skills
Up to 20% domestic and international travel
