In this role, you will drive tollgate reviews, process definition, functional specifications, testing, training and launch. In this role, you will work with a cross-functional team to ensure completion of the program. In this role, you will: Essential Responsibilities
Work with the PLM MBB to fully define program scope, cost / benefit analysis and obtain support

Work with Engineering, Supply Chain and Product Management to (1) design the new Change Management Process, (2)the Bill of Material / Document Management process (focus on Supply Chain and Services) and (3) ensure design is aligned with other pillar application deployment (Oracle-ERP, Reliance-QMS, Proficy-MES, eServices)

Work with IT and consulting resources to implement those processes within Teamcenter PLM, including planning, resource scheduling and coordination, requirements definition, design specifications (including workflow and data model design)

Develop testing plan, lead testing prior to rollout

Develop training material and Standard Work Practices to support the newly defined processes

Prepare and manage the schedule from process definition through rollout; ensure resource estimates are integrated with the project schedule

Ensure that relevant cost, schedule, and technical performance metrics are instituted at all levels in the project

Coordinate and communicate progress reports to the impacted customers (scope, schedule, cost, project status)

Work with the PLM MBB to assess the scope, schedule, cost and risk impacts of internal and customer initiated changes - Assists the team in the preparation, submission and negotiation of change of scope per proposals - Incorporates approved / negotiated changes into the project's plan

Define post-production metrics to track PLM adoption, audit business process adherence once program is implemented Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university

Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing planning experience

Minimum of 3 years of project management experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality or process improvement role Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening. Knowledge of Change Management process (Engineering, Supply Chain)

Knowledge of BOM, Document Management, Configuration Management

Knowledge of PLM and ERP / MRP systems

Teamcenter knowledge

NX knowledge

Oracle knowledge

Knowledge of systems used to capture engineering & manufacturing information and changes (Design Change Process, Drawing Retrieval System, GEMS)

Black Belt Certified (GE Employees Only)

Strong oral and written skills

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills

Effective team player and facilitator

Strategic and Clear Thinking to translate discrete and complex ideas to business driven results
