Contribute toward product development ¿ help determine and define the future opportunities to the Medicare team. This involves:
Maintain current Medicare programs:
Work with Managed Care Team and Internal Medicare Team to support client needs and comply with CMS rules and regulations.
Work with cross-functional partners through the product development and operational support efforts.
Manage projects involving cross-functional teams (IT and business partners) working in effort to define new processes and product enhancements.

Responsible for Medicare product enhancement. Manage cross-functional projects to enhance Medicare Part D Product Portfolio.
Responsible for Medicaid product enhancement. Manage cross-functional projects to enhance Medicare Product Portfolio.
Work closely with Medicare colleagues to Project Manage the client issues related to the Medicare Products. Identify the core root cause issues and initiate a process improvement process. Initiate a QA process to insure a first time resolution of client issues.
-5-8 years of related experience
-Proficiency in MS Office suite, problem solving skills, strong communication skills
-Knowledge of PBM or Healthcare industry a plus;
-Ability to research, analyze, handle multiple projects at once and prioritize to meet deadlines required
