The Consumer Products organization drives product innovation and development for Visa Inc in the Latin America and Caribbean region. The group identifies, prioritizes and builds alliances and solutions for new products, technologies, platforms and market segment penetration. The team focuses on product/service strategy, market development, product innovation, product development, product deployment, enhancements management and strategic alliances.
The Manager, Affluent Consumer Credit Products will be an integral part of the team and would be responsible for executing regional and market specific tactical plans to increase issuer and consumer preference for Visa Gold, Platinum, Signature, and Infinite credit products.
The position will participate in global cross functional efforts to develop strategies/programs that drive incremental card usage. Additionally this position will be responsible for developing and publishing product performance reports, educational and marketing materials related to card enhancements.
Responsible for the overall operational management of Hotel benefits, content and process management for consumer web pages and mobile applications, development of training
materials, development of KPIs, presentation to internal and external clients.
Manage Consumer affluent Web sites
Work with other internal teams in developing usage campaigns
Communicate directly and often with the sales team
Conduct training sessions for Clients

Affluent consumer credit products are a key component of Visa consumer portfolio. Delivery of service is a must to sustain
and grow financial results for Visa in the region. The Affluent Credit Products manager plays a strategic role in identifying
and developing business cases for new card enhancements that fit the constantly changing consumer needs. The
position is accountable tracking the performance of each affluent product and identifying to be acted upon.
Responsible for tracking expenses derived from the multiple vendors that support the affluent consumer credit cost center.
Report overall P&L for the team.
The position will report to the Sr Business Leader of affluent consumer credit products and card enhancements. It will work closely with third party vendors and products teams in the global function.
Internal clients include members of the business development and products the sub regional teams.
Bachelor's Degree and a MBA preferred.
Years of experience 4-6
Financial acumen- P&L management experience
Computer proficiency: MS EXCEL, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Project, MS VISIO, and Internet.
Project management knowledhge- Certification PMP will be a plus
Bilingual oral/written skills English, Spanish must have, Potuguese will be a plus.
