Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and hands-on product manager to expand our Enterprise suite of leading Facebook advertising and analytics tools. The ideal candidate will understand the online ad space and has practical experience with Social Media -- a product visionary, with a hands-on start-up approach to product innovation and a solid understanding of the Facebook marketing space.
You want to build a culture of excellence, possess a strong vision and clear/consistent communications skills, and know that running product means doing, learning and constantly educating others, and often means doing a smaller set of things exceptionally well.

Responsibilities:
Define product requirements, including writing clear, detailed, and thorough specifications for complex features and products.

Liaise between customers, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure fluid integration of new and existing features.

Provide detailed, thoughtful and timely marketplace assessments. Assessments include customer needs and gaps, competitive assessments, synthesis of external inputs and the development of company-specific implications with recommended approaches.

Work closely with engineering team to guide products from conception to launch, and with QA team to ensure final product meets requirements.

Collaborate on creation and design of industry-leading UI/UX for all products.

Work to expand use of the Optimal API and build Optimal presence within the larger developer community.

Assist with product positioning & competitive differentiation messages and provide input into technical and business marketing collateral.

Work with senior management to develop, refine, and execute the product strategy and roadmaps.

Experience:
2-3 years of hands-on product/project management at a start-up in the digital media space; at least 1 year of online social media experience preferred.

Strong business acumen and proven results executing against projects big and small.

Critical problem solver with unreal analytical chops, results orientation, and absolute attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects (end-to-end), responsibilities, and cross-functional stakeholders.

An uncanny ability to distinguish between value and non-value.

Experience with documentation and practical application of documentation at a start-up.

An understanding of coding and some experience coding HTML/javascript.

Bonus Points:
Worked for a data and/or advertising company.

Product experience in social media advertising or social data.

Experience developing & executing practical PRDs at a start-up. We don’t need a thesis, but a very practical specification that will appease business and have engineering cheering.

Experience with freemium and subscription-based self-service models also a plus.
