Moen is seeking a Product Manager to lead and manage initiatives for its retail showering portfolio.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and assist in the leadership of all Product Management initiatives for Moen’s
    retail Showering portfolio to achieve aggressive growth targets
  • Develop and execute strategies and initiatives to achieve the showering revenue goals
    while maintaining current platform margins
  • Assist in the develop and maintenance all aspects of the retail Showering US/Global
    bath three-year product plan
  • Responsible for quarterly product line analysis of sales and profitability with corresponding
    strategic recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with sales and the retail customer base to build compelling product presentations
    and commercialization plans
    • Drive all marketing aspects of the Showering line reviews
  • Act as influencer to provide direction on product development initiatives related
    to the retail Showering business – leading a cross-functional team including
    Sales, Finance, New Product Development, Quality, Reliability, Industrial
    Design, and Sourcing
    • Lead definition and scoping of several retail showering innovation projects
    • Deliver and present line review product opportunities internally and to customers
    • Manage all stages of RPD and Tollgate process from a marketing perspective
    • Assist with annual comprehensive market situation analysis
  • Work closely with Marketing Communications teams and GBM to establish
    commercialization priorities and needs to support new product launches

Qualifications:
  • BA Degree or equivalent. MBA a plus
  • 2-4 years of product management or relevant marketing experience and experience in
    project oriented team participation
    • Strong retail customer experience preferred
    • Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
    • Strong analytical skills essential for market and competitive evaluation, pricing and
      line management
      • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
      • Team player with good interpersonal skills to lead/coach cross-functional teams.
      • Able to prioritize, drive growth and influence a large team
