Recurly is looking for a mid-level Product Manager to join our growing team. Youll be responsible for working with the product and engineering teams, defining and executing on our roadmap. Youll design, plan, and assign these features directly with a SCRUM team.

As part of the product team youll work closely with the VP of Product, UI/UX and customer support teams to ensure priorities address both business and customer needs. You shouldnt be afraid to jump into customer support tickets or wireframes to understand the product from end to end.

  • Research, plan, and task fully functional features across the Recurly platform
  • Run user research sessions, gather customer feedback pre and post launch, determine and track metrics for each release
  • Work with the engineering teams to deliver MVPs and iterate to a feature rich deliverables
  • Help your team deliver. Keep a backlog groomed, features well fleshed out, designs ahead of engineering, and distraction free sprints.
  • Create go-live strategies including rollout, documentation, and user communication for new features
About you:
  • 3-5 years in Product Management
  • Passionate, incredible attention to detail, innate desire to execute and see results, team player
  • You dont get distracted by shiny objects, you know that delivering on your features is the most important thing, and will do whatever it takes to make that happen
  • You know how to balance long term business goals with short term needs. A short-term solution doesnt come at the cost of long term value
  • You like talking to customers, getting feedback, and turning customer pain into delight
  • Ideally youve worked with finance systems, and if not you have an appreciation for automating the pain thats involved in running a business
  • CS or Finance degree preferred
  • Passion for technology and solving elegantly
  • Experience at a growth stage startup. Startups arent for everyone, but they are for you
