DESCRIPTION

Responsible for fully training customers and sales reps on functions and care of our digital equipment solutions.

This position involves heavy client interaction and will require strong verbal and written communications skills.

DUTIES

  • Work with Sales to schedule training for customers on new and existing equipment
  • Coordinate hands on equipment training for new and current sales representatives with Director of Training and Sales Managers
  • Have full and up-to-date knowledge of the Xerox, SMART Technology and any other equipment sold by CBS.
  • Have full working knowledge with all of our software solutions
  • Keep up-to-date on all training materials at their disposal
  • Create and collect training materials for customers and sales reps
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree and one year of general office experience
  • Sit for extended periods of time in an office environment - i.e. at a desk, in meeting room
  • Must be able to travel to off-site meetings, CBS Branch locations, customer sites, etc... in shot notice.
  • Ability to work under stress/pressure to meet deadlines and financial objectives.
  • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
  • Ability to communicate with customers in an enthusiastic and professional manner at all times.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Being able to work with cross functional departments
  • Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite - with advanced knowledge of Excel a must
  • Must have at least a limited knowledge of applications used by customers in conjunction with our equipment, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with Adobe Acrobat Mac applications, Quark, Photoshop, PageMaker
  • Ability to learn new technology applications
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English.
