Expectations for this role: Embodies passion and commitment for creating the best quality products for our cafes in an efficient manner. Has real time responsibility for teaching and enforcing the standards for production Works closely with the FDF Manager to provide a consistent and honest message to the associates through daily guidance and motivation Always on the look out for new ways to keep the FDF moving forward effectively, and willing to change and adapt to deliver high quality product to our customers. As a developer of others, he/she will create an environment where every associate is challenged to grow and develop.         MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN WORKING IN A BAKERY, MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT Expectations for the first 3 - 12 Months: Develop an understanding of the labor needs of the production process and then keep the labor hours within the acceptable budget. From the very beginning it will be essential to develop a positive relationship with all team members to be a source of support with a determination to resolve issues and problems in a win-win manner. Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service and consistent product. Upon learning the Order processing system and production processes, take responsibility for inventory control and accuracy. Skills Required: 3 - 5 Years Management experience in a Hands On, Bakery Manufacturing Environment Good Organization and Time Management Skills A good understanding of working within a budget and meeting those goals. Experience with developing and coaching associates Proficient in Training associates in Safety, GMP's and use of Bakery equipment. Accustomed to working in a Microsoft environment - and fairly competent in Excel. Bilingual in Spanish and English would be preferred
