Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Coordinate quality improvements between departments.
•Mine First Pass Yield data and assign/track actions to improve
•Assembly Non Conforming Material Report Management
Assure containment actions are effective
Determine root cause of NCMR defects
Establish corrective actions with Continuous Improvement team
•Mine warranty data monthly and identify potential trends
•Perform daily process quality reviews on the lines and create “PIR” (Production Incident Report) system capturing events
•Quarterly review PFMEA to assure defect occurrence levels ar accurate
•Responsible to maintain quality awareness on the line at the operator level
•Help communicate significant quality issues to employees.
•Interact across all three production shifts

Education And/Or Experience
•BA/BS Technical Degree from a 4-year college or university and minimum 2years of experience;and/or equivalent combination of education & experience
•Project management and leadership skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office
•Related experience in quality assurance or engineering is a plus
•Experience with statistical analysis and software is a plus
•Experience with machining, castings, powdered metal, hydraulics, and/or assembly is a plus.
•Experience with lean manufacturing techniques is a plus.
