We are currently seeking a Production Services Supervisor for our Fluid Services and Sales location in Bakersfield, CA.
Supervises the day-today work activities of the field personnel including logistics planning and job scheduling.
Provides coordination in locating job location, marking location for work and verifying adequate room for equipment needed to do the proposed job.
Monitors and maintains the rigging-up and spotting of equipment to verify they follow proper safety guidelines and procedures.
Completes field safety audits and inspections to ensure that equipment is properly maintained and reapired.
Works with the Operations Superintendent in ensuring the needed equipment and personnel are available where needed, and resources are properly allocated.
Maintains regular contact and communications with customers.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Five (5) or more years of work experience in a related area or similar function, including at least two (2) years of experience with the Key organization.
Must be self-motivated and posses good judgment.
Supervisory and leadership skills, including planning and scheduling of field logistics.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people within and outside of the company.
Must be familiar with Key's safety programs and able to demonstrate a willingness to be a solid performer and deliver measuable results that would directly impact safety performance of the operations.
Good communicaitons and people skills.
Willingness and ability to work long hours in different weather conditions.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
