Production Supervisor 2ND SHIFT (EXPECTATION IS TO WORK FROM 3:00 TO 11:30+)Summary: The On-Site Supervisor for Axcess Staffing, a division of CoWorx, will be responsible for performing our company and client support functions, leading our on-site strategic staffing program with our on-site manager while identifying the on-site continuous improvements. The On-Site Supervisor will directly report to the on-site manager and Program Manager. The On-Site Supervisor's primary role is to manage and direct the on premise operation in the on boarding, production requirements, maintain effective employee relations with our client and employees. Assist in performance evaluations of our field associates on the floor. The On-Site Supervisor will focus on meeting client production expectations in staffing all shifts in this on-site facility. The On-Site Supervisor will work closely with branch personnel for proper use of Axcess Staffing, a division of CoWorx's best practices for proper recruitment strategies, unemployment compliance, cycle time, turnover, and turnover ratio improvements. The on-site Supervisor will ensure we meet payroll and documentation deadlines.We are seeking a supervisor with warehouse packaging or production experience to support Field Employees and plant operations.Essential Duties And Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Provide ongoing support to our Field Employees by addressing complaints, reinforced safety procedures and attendance issues.Document all safety incidents per our Clients and our company's requirements. Posting of monthly information and Top of Mind' training documents on our Safety Bulletin Board. Monitor employee work habits for proper safety compliance on a regular basis by walking the plant floor.Maintain good manufacturing practices.Monitor production performance and provide excellent customer service. Assisting client with workforce concerns and needs in various departments. Update daily, weekly and monthly reports.Handle confidential information in a professional manner.Counsel, discipline and terminate Field Employees that do not meet standards in production expectations after proper counseling and in accordance with Human Resource policies.Perform line operator duties when headcount is below minimum standards. Main responsibilities as directed by On-Site Manager: Meet headcount-staffing needs for all shifts in production and quality. Ensure timely shift start through efficient methods in the on boarding procedures. Monitor staff and our associates to ensure GMP procedures are followed. Counsel and motivate floor personnel working on assignment. 'Top of Mind' safety mindset. Perform ad-hoc requests for client as needed. The On-Site Supervisor will train on our time and attendance platform for the on-site program. Provide leadership for temporary staff and client. Maintain our Safety Program and packaging line programs. Conduct orientations as needed. Ensure high quality standards by conducting activities and maintaining systems that secure Axcess' position as the provider of the highest quality service to customer. Maintain compliance for both customer and Axcess' policies and procedures. Provide direction to employees as well as make business decisions that preserve and enhance the customer's level of satisfaction. Represent our company in unemployment issues when necessary. Educate personnel on our employees benefits. Administer on-site retention and other value-add programs. Create and advance our Standard Operating Procedures.

Flexible to work extended hours during the day or night and possible weekends as needed. This is a hourly position, long term, possible temp to hire.
