This very hands-on position will be completely accountable for producing consistent - high quality products such as Breads, Bagels, and Rolls on a daily basis with a great team of associates. This includes ordering inventory, supervising of the team, safe food products, guarantee strict process controls are followed, ensuring associate safety, mentoring and coaching, supporting the local cafes and more

We would like to speak with people who have several years of hands on bakery manufacturing experience, have successfully supervised a team of production associates and proven ability to manage a business unit.

Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor hourly production associates

Good working knowledge of bakery production equipment & process controls

Past experience training associates in safe work practices and following GMP's

Ability to resolve problems and jump right in to help

Positive and Professional Communication skills. -

Proven customer service skills

A min of 2 yrs in a Supervisory role and hands-on experience in a




Some computer knowledge

Willingness and ability to work on weekends, holidays and open to 1
