Professional Training Coordinator - Corporate Trainer (Healthcare)Job Description If you are an experienced and creative corporate trainer and you are interested in working with a dynamic and growing healthcare organization, join our team at Accelecare Wound Centers! We are a leader in providing full service wound management solutions to hospitals and related health care organizations across the United States and we are seeking a Corporate Trainer. You will create and deliver company programs for employees at all levels of the organization, from physicians and clinicians to office employees and even C-level executives. You will be based out of your home office as you use your professional expertise and resources to assemble curriculum, create documents and set up conferences and other training events. Summary / Responsibilities - Professional Training Coordinator - Corporate Trainer (Healthcare) : As a Corporate Trainer, you will play a key role in the development of a comprehensive employee training program intended to provide employees at all levels. The program will cover both clinical competencies and general onboarding concerning Accelecare company procedures and standards. This can be presented in a variety of formats, from classroom and online programs to one-on-one mentoring, depending upon the specific needs of each position. Your specific duties as a Corporate Trainer will include: Traveling to Accelecare Wound Centers to conduct training programs Monitoring, evaluating and recording program activities and overall program effectiveness Directing specific needs assessments in order to support the design, development and delivery of improvements to the programs Revising and updating training systems if expected results are not seen Conferring with the company President and the COO on program design, and submitting final plans to the President for review and approval Organizing and developing or obtaining all necessary manuals and guides as well as course materials such as handouts and visual materials Presenting information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats Contacting and scheduling internal and external lecturers and vendors for specialized training Monitoring program costs to ensure that budget is not exceeded
Professional Training Coordinator - Corporate Trainer (Healthcare) Requirements - Professional Training Coordinator - Corporate Trainer (Healthcare): As a Corporate Trainer, you must be self-motivated and professional with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You must also be highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking and prioritization skills. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to confer with C-level executives on specific program goals. Specific qualifications for the Corporate Trainer position include: Bachelor's degree; Master's degree, a plus; focus on corporate training or healthcare administration, a plus 5 years relevant experience Experience in the healthcare industry, including interaction with physicians and C-level executives Flexibility, creativity and the ability to adapt to a changing work environment Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Willing to travel more than 50% of the time Benefits: As a Corporate Trainer with Accelecare Wound Centers, you will be part of a dynamic and growing young company dedicating to maintaining our small family business culture and you will be given a great degree of latitude as you develop our training program.
