Provide technical and programmatic support to a U.S. Navy weapon system program office charged with planning, assessment, management and decision-making of all stages of weapon system life-cycle support.


Planning, assessment, management and decision-making for all stages of weapon system life cycle support. Includes material solution analysis, technology development, engineering and manufacturing development, testing, training, logistics planning and production deployment. Support includes documentation development, requirements and resource planning, strategic planning, and other aspects of program execution.


Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Research or Applied Mathematics is required. M.S. Degree in a similar field is preferred. 7 to 20 years of previous experience in US Navy Submarines or undersea warfare is also required. Specific experience in Naval Special Warfare and test and evaluation of undersea systems is a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong presentation skills are needed.
Must be capable of breaking down complex issues into pieces and laying out an objective approach to identify and compare the merits of competing solutions. Must be proficient in using MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
