North Druid Hills The RelayHealth Pharmacy Solutions Program Business Manager is accountable for working with RelayHealth management and key customer personnel to assure the planning development implementation and management of effective programs KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE This person will need to collaborate externally with the membership of the National Council of Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP) in industry meetings and workgroups The person in this role builds and maintains relationships across the business unit Interfaces with all areas affected by the program This person will need to collaborate and consult effectively with the Finance Department Law Department and the Business Unit Compliance function This person will consistently demonstrate the highest integrity appropriately maintain confidentiality be an effective communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills demonstrate a willingness to learn and work in a team environment efficiently multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities project manage and coordinate the implementation of various programs or initiatives as needed Planning developing implementing monitoring and managing the daytoday activities associated with the maintenance and compliance of current contracts Process improvement activities supporting customer contracts and assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity quality and clientsatisfaction goals Work to align policy and procedure document to contract requirements in order to effectively support ongoing audits EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Candidate must have at least 5 years of Pharmacy Transaction Claims Processing (NCPDP) either retail pharmacy or payer with Medicare Part D experience Applicable industry experience experience with HIPAA compliance and Government contracting experience preferred Candidate must have at least 5 years of Project Management experience (PMI preferred) Position Description The Program Business Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the developmentimplementation of projects and programs involving department or crossfunctional teams focused on the delivery of a product or program from the design process through a finished state for internalexternal customers Provides a single point of contact for projects Takes projects from original concept through final implementation Interfaces with all areas affected by the project which may include customers client services and various departments (eg marketing computer services etc) Defines project scope and objectives Overseescoordinates all aspects of project and serves as project manager between clients line management and internal and external resources Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets Monitors the productprogramproject from initiation through delivery interfacing with customer on all matters Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity quality and clientsatisfaction goals Develops detailed work plans schedules project estimates resource plans budgets and status reports Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project deliverables Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables May provide project management guidance to project team Recommendstakes action to direct the analysis of and solution to problems Additional Knowledge Skills Ability to successfully influence others Effective and persuasive communication skills Comfortable leading and presenting to large groups Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively in crossfunctional teams or solving crossfunctional issues in a manner that not only demonstrates both strategic and tactical thinking but also in a manner that builds maintains and enhances a positive working relationship Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to tolerate ambiguity and to remain flexible under pressure Ability to
