Reporting to the Director of Non-Degree programs, the Program Coordinator supports Summer Sessions, the Post Baccalaureate Program, and Certificate Programs and such other programs as may be developed. S/he will, work closely with the Associate Dean, Enrollment Management team, and Office of Student and Alumni Affairs in support of activities across the student life cycle including but not limited to: participating in recruitment events such as information sessions and yield events, interfacing with students and alumni, enrollment, coordination of program events and operational processes; and leading and/or participating in related projects as needed. CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION FOR PROFESSIONAL NON-DEGREE PROGRAMS (90%) + Working with Instructional Support, ensures faculty and course needs are met (e.g. space management, course materials, collection of evidence for outcomes based curriculum planning). + Establish processes and execute processes to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of rosters, grade sheets and student information to faculty. + Assist SCEHR in the collection of required information for faculty and course assistant appointment (e.g. tax forms, personal information form). + Compiles, independently researches, and manages regular update process for individual program websites. + Responsible for ensuring accuracy in course lists, schedules of events, student list serves. + Responsible for contacting faculty on behalf of program directors and/or students to obtain or communicate information with regard to program execution or advising. + As part of program marketing efforts, responsible for contacting students and alumnae/i to request and compile program testimonials. + Plans, coordinates, and executes workshops and special lectures including space reservations, catering, managing RSVPs, on-site logistics. + With the Associate Dean and in consultation with Career Development, assist in connecting students with alumni and other alumni activities. PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AND PARTICIPATE IN RELATED PROJECTS AS NEEDED (10%)
Minimum Qualifications for Grade Applicant MUST meet these minimum qualifications to be considered an applicant
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required. A minimum of 2 years of related experience required.

+ Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, and organizational skills required. + Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to perform non-routine work with changing priorities is required. + Computer literacy including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, Microsoft Outlook, and email required. + Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as the initiative and ability to start and complete projects with minimum direction necessary. + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Some evening and weekend work required.
+ Substantial administrative experience in client centered environments along with some experience in the provision of student services and/or program administration strongly preferred. + Working knowledge of SIS database management or similar relational database system strongly preferred. + Knowledge of OnBase and/or Drupal is a strong plus.
