Growing home health agency, Lifespan Home Health, is seeking a Program Director for the Community Services Program in our Beaumont office.
The Program Director is responsible for representing the agency and promoting our services to other groups, organizations, and the general public. Additionally, the Program Director will oversee all PHC, Family Care, PCS, PAS, CBA, and Private Duty Program employees in the planning and coordination of patient care.
The management of staff will be required, along with the implementation and maintenance of performance standards. The Program Director will conduct interviews of potential new employees and be responsible for disciplinary actions including terminations.
Responsibilities also include weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports pertaining to such things as: budget, staffing, retention, and other relevant agency activity in the coverage area.
CBA, PHC, PAS, PCS, Hospice or home health experience is highly preferred.
Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must be an excellent leader.

- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field highly preferred.
- At least 2 years' experience in community programs.
- Knowledge of home care rules and regulations is required.
- Must be porficient in MS Office Suite and other basic computer skills.
