About the Copper Café:
The Copper Cafe is a work adjustment program for individuals who have had difficulty with employment or who have been out of the work force for a long period of time. The program manager and two job coaches operate the Cafe providing work adjustment training to 12 trainees that are participants in our behavioral health program.
Behavioral Health Services differs from other service providers in the Marana community in that it is the only rural health center in the area and the only local agency providing behavioral health services to the residents of Marana, Rillito, Picture Rocks, Avra Valley and Northwest Tucson. In the Tucson area, Behavioral Health Services will be located within several medical clinics to further our goal of integrative services. Join us
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF JOB: Program Manager will have the responsibility for the overall daily operation of Copper Café and the Coffee Cart. The Program Manager will ensure that the café operates as effectively and efficiently as possible; producing fresh and creatively prepared quality meals while assuring that guests receive service excellence during their eating experience. The Program Manager will educate staff on the necessary skills to successfully operate a café including health and safety. The Program Manager will develop a constructive relationship with job trainees supporting them in their recovery and the ultimate goal of competitive employment.

- Bachelor's Degree in social services, business or related field preferred.
- 2 years management experience preferred.
- 2 years behavioral health experience preferred.
- 2 year restaurant experience required.
- CPR and First Aide certified.
- Fingerprint clearance through DPS.
- Must have a valid Arizona Driver's License, personal vehicle and insurance.
