We are currently seeking a Program Manager-AI/PIEPP for the Silver Spring, Maryland area.
Principally responsible for all administrative matters and office management support.
Responsible for coordination of personnel travel, clearances, orders, set up of video and teleconferences.
Responsible for the administrative organization of DoD-GEIS sponsored meetings and symposia.
Assists with specific deliverables which support DoD-GEIS and AI / PI EPP Program administration, coordination, and management of medical science and technology matters.
Coordinates multiple administrative functions for the office / group such as human resources, property management, security, the mail room, and the reception desk.
Monitors and tracks costs, revenue, modifications, and billing for contracts performed by assigned office / group.
Compiles and analyses status reports based on the results.
Collects project input information.
Maintain a safe workplace ensuring that he/she is aware of and observes appropriate safety and occupational health rules and regulations. Employee is required to attend safety training relative to his/her position and report any infractions of safety procedures to the facility Safety Officer.
Performs light duties and other related duties as required and assigned.
Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
May be required to work offsite on occasion.
Must be proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Must be able to work beyond normal hours, if required.
Must have a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
Must be able to work in an office or in the field.
Must be able to work independently following a brief period of specific technical training.
