Cleveland, OH- The Catalyst Recruiting Group is proud to work with a growing Medical Equipment company to help identify a Sr. Program Manager . This position will be responsible for evaluating and monitoring the program portfolio progress to ensure programs successfully achieve the organization’s established goals for quality, cost, functionality and time to market with full regulatory compliance. This role will plan, develop and execute the roadmap with business partners (Marketing, Service, Operations, Engineering etc.) to meet business needs. Manage product development life cycle, functional and technical scope of individual projects and tie to roadmap with cross program and cross project issue resolution. Insure successful introduction and sustaining of high quality, manufacturable, serviceable, and reliable products. Regularly interacts with executives of the business group, other business groups, the PD, and/or major customers. Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence

REQUIRED 15 years of experience in a high-technology company, with medical equipment experience preferred. Multi-modality medical device industry experiences a plus. Will also consider experience in other complex capital equipment such as military, aerospace, automotive, large agricultural machinery, etc. 5+ progressive years of functional and program (7 years project + program) management experience required in a matrix environment, across multiple sites through the entire product lifecycle (Concept/Approval – Retirement). Experience preferably in a regulated/process-oriented environment such as medical device development. Experience in more than one of the following disciplines a plus: Development Engineering, Product Marketing, Finance, Operations. Demonstrated knowledge of and proficiency in program management tools (including computer-based tools) and procedures for setting and tracking performance, quality, time and cost.
