Our Family Support Services department is seeking a program manager to oversee several in-home (home-visiting) programs and the Magellan Direct Support Service program.
The in-home programs provide parenting and home management education, and facilitate access to health and social services for families in Maricopa County referred by Child Protective Services (CPS). The Magellan Direct Support Services program provides services to children and families involved in Maricopa County’s mental/behavioral health system.

Master’s degree in Social Work and LCSW or eligible for LCSW license within two months of date of hire required.
Previous staff supervision and strong writing skills also required.
Experience with child welfare programs and in-home (home-visiting) family services.
Ability to manage multiple programs and tasks critical.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required OR must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Must have reliable transportation and valid auto insurance to conduct home visits throughout Maricopa County.
