Phase II Coordinator:
Work with the project directors and project coordinators to provide high-quality leadership and coordination for professional staff in K20 GEAR UP for the PROMISE identified goals and rigorous learning. Plan, coordinate, and/or provide professional development or access to training for administrators and teachers of cohort schools. Supervise purchases and deployment of grant purchases. Promote the sharing, distribution, and application of data and information, especially in the Phase assignment. Work to promote leadership for quality teaching and learning that prepares students for post-secondary opportunities consistent with the GEAR UP for the PROMISE grant goals.
A Masters in an Education-related field, preferred.
Experience in design and delivery of educational training and professional development services preferred.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in an Education-related field OR an equivalent combination of education/job related experience.
24 months of experience working in education, education technology or educational professional development.
Required Certifications, Registrations, or Licenses:
These requirements may be imposed by federal, state or recognized accrediting agency as a prerequisite of employment
Valid driver's license required.
Reliable transportation required to drive to a various Oklahoma City Public Schools to facilitate on-site activities.
