Primary Responsibilities: Designs and implements processes to analyze, select, engineer cross-functional solutions. Tasks Performed: Designs, develops and integrates cross functional solutions and system interfaces, and supports in-house and 3rd party application software.
Designs applications using web-based technologies including .NET and SharePoint.
Analyzes escalated problems, develops and implements solutions.
Debugs, creates and executes test scripts and reports the results.
Analyzes service level exceptions and identifies trends, determines root cause, and resolves.
Codes and configures diverse and complex programs from technical specifications.
Documents specifications, including job flows and data flows.
Adheres to all IT guiding principles, processes, policies, standards and procedures.

May be required to lead small to medium sized initiatives to develop new applications.
Plans and analyzes business initiatives to be solved with business systems.
Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective procedures and systems requirement Essential Functions: Provides development & integration of software solutions, which may include custom application development, multiple systems integration, application architecture & modeling, and systems integration.
Provides secondary problem resolution and support of all application systems. Desired Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent plus 5-8 years of software development experience. Desired Job Experience: Five to eight years of progressive broad-based information technology and business experience is preferred with at least 2 years experience in SharePoint.
Experience as a technical and/or project lead. Other Qualifications: Mastery of Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server, Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services.
Requires advanced knowledge of many fields and disciplines and an understanding of how the practices are applied and integrated.
Experience with developing and implementing WebParts.
SharePoint Designer, and Visual Studio 2005.
Familiarity with relational databases and stored procedures.
Experience with testing methods & tools (e.g. unit testing frameworks).
Experience with Source Management Tools.
Visual Studio .Net training experience is beneficial.
Able to work directly with internal customers/project owners.
Strong communication skills.
Able to act as a liaison between business/user and the technical developer.
