The selected candidate will report to the Manager of Application Development and Support – Hobart Service. The selected candidate will be able to design, develop, implement, and maintain .Net applications supporting multiple business functions. The individual will be able to work with and lead other system administration, DBA, and development staff to ensure highly-available, high-performing, and functionally useful applications. The individual will also work with the user community to ensure functional utility of existing and new applications as well as develop and maintain system documentation.

•Work with a team to perform business process analysis to determine business needs. Utilize standardized and proprietary process improvement methodologies to understand the current system or new requirements, simplify processes and identify and document functions needed for a new system.
•Design, develop, and implement custom designed software to address a unique business processes.
•Work with a team to identify, evaluate, select, implement, and maintain packaged software to address business needs.
•Provide end user training and support
•When appropriate, work as a team leader, providing support and guidance for less experienced team members
Minimum Qualifications:
•Four-year College Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivelant field of study.
•Have 2-5 years of .NET, and C# experience.
•Have 2-5 years of SQL and Relational Database experience
•Have 2-5 years of ASP.NET Programming Techniques.
•Have 2-5 years of Object Oriented Methodology (Development and Design)
•Have experience in requirements gathering, system analysis and design.
•Have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
•Have a working knowledge of standard of business processes.
•Possess excellent oral and written communications skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
•Experience with analyzing, planning, and implementing business process flow improvements
•Proficient in understanding source code control and application lifecycle methodologies.
•Project Management experience and understanding of PM tools and methodologies.
•Experience with enterprise-class systems and applications.
•Experience with applications supporting a distributed field service business model.
•SharePoint experience.
•Experience with Web Services analysis, design, coding, and implementation.
