    $23.49 – $30.54 per hour

    Monday – Friday, 7:45 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.

    *Experience with XML
    *Application development experience
    *Experience gathering users and systems requirements
    *Experience developing program and application documentation
    *Experience with Financial Accounting and Reporting Applications
    *Experience documenting and communicating technologies, processes, and procedures
    *Experience using CVS , GIT and/or other version control software
    *Graduation from an Accredited 4 year College or University

    Duties, Functions and Responsibilities
    Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include the following. Other related duties may be assigned.
  • Uses programming languages to code computer instructions from the systems documentation.
  • Analyzes, defines, and documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment
  • Interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs.
  • Designs database files and works files to be used by system
  • Develops general and specific charts showing flow of data and processes in the system.
  • Provides user support for in-house programs to resolve computer applications, capabilities, alternative programming approaches, limitations, etc.
  • Works with user departments to resolve specific problems or make changes in programs.
  • Performs and leads applications programming activities, including coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and modification.
  • Performs system implementation
  • Assists in resolving operational problems
  • Trains in-house programs personnel in user departments in any specific procedures necessary to enter data into terminals for computer processing.
  • Writes and maintains documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.
  • Designs model of business function and assists in redesign of business functions through automation
  • Maintains code and modifies existing programs to conform to system changes or to make improvements in the existing program.
