Overall Objective/Purpose:

Provide reporting for the Finance Change regional portfolio enabling senior governance and decision making. Support Finance Change managers and resources with best practice information, controls, and standards in order to facilitate successful implementation.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate annual project plan and forecast.
  • Report on portfolio results, status, completion, and outcomes on a monthly basis
  • Manage Project Management Governance Framework and implement controls
  • Develop and distribute senior management reports
  • Ensure that appropriate documentation and project protocols are followed
  • Identify process and system changes, develop solutions, monitor and manage testing
  • Ensure that appropriate documentation and project protocols are followed
  • Manage the project reporting database and reporting process
  • Liaise with global PMO Office to report regional outcomes
  • Coordinate audit requests with Finance change managers
  • Develop reports as needed from Senior management
  • Analyze the portifolio for trends, risks, and dependencies
  • Assist with resource/headcount planning, forecasting, and reporting
  • Manipulate large volume of data and automate reporting as needed
  • Understand end user requirements and manage reporting process focusing on data integrity

Job Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar function preferably within an investment bank or the finance industry
  • Ability to cultivate personal relationships and liaise with Technology, Finance Change, and senior clients
  • BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field
  • Background in project management or reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to meet timelines.
  • Desire to understand complex projects or portfolio of projects and reports on status and emerging issues faced by the project leaders.
  • Familiar with evaluating and improving business effectiveness through analysis of processes, procedures and control systems.
  • Strong background in excel, reporting tools, and automation of reports.
