Provides analysis, reporting and project support to the assigned department(s). Prepares and provides reporting and corresponding data analysis for metrics, team projects or initiatives and ad hoc requests. Manages projects and provides decision support to team and organization, including scope, needs analysis, action plans, tracking, and documentation. Communicates in a variety of ways concerning projects and initiatives to team and organization. Performs other duties as assigned. Analysis and Reporting
Partners with the team and department head to analyze data and key performance indicators.
Performs moderate business analysis through the collection, analysis, interpretation, reporting, and documentation of data, thus providing critical data support to the team and organization.
Provides analytical periodic reports and ad hoc reports to support key departmental and organizational initiatives.
Uses workflow analysis to identify opportunities for increased operational efficiency.
Develops monthly leadership team and other reports as assigned.
Responsible for assimilating facilities related data from multiple resources and compiling Executive and Departmental summaries and presentations.
Documents new projects, identifies resources needed, works with stakeholders (Departmental and Enterprise level) to prioritize work, creates action plans, identifies issues for resolution, and drives milestones. Responsible for maintaining project schedules in enterprise scheduling/project management system. Assists with the management of the teams schedule of projects.
Tracks and reports statuses on projects being completed. Provides weekly or monthly updates as requested by the Leadership team.
Responsible for enterprise level systems regarding E- Procurement, Space Planning and Project Scheduling for the Facilities department. Will serve as main point of contact for the Facilities department to provide customer assistance and training on systems as needed.
Ensures assigned project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Ensures compliance with regulatory (Federal and State) guidelines regarding contracts, lease agreements and documentation related to TDECU facilities and the TDECU disaster recovery plan.
Provides decision support to the organization through analysis, development of solutions, recommendations and metrics.
Acts a point of contact for the team concerning audits.
Works with others to maximize the value proposition of the team.
Drafts reports, written communication, correspondences, procedures, and other required documentation under the supervision of the department head, may include visual representation of data in the form of info graphics, dashboards, flow charts, or diagrams. Will periodically make presentations of such material to team members or stakeholders.
Oversees team and department share point site.
Service and Support
Provides professional assistance, including, scheduling, call triage, preparation of agendas, meeting coordination, and documentation to the Team or Department manager.
Occasional travel to TDECU locations as required for project support.
(Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Bachelor degree in business administration, human resources, or other related field from an accredited institution of higher learning or equivalent education and work experience is required.
Project management and support. Experience in facilities and or space planning documentation a plus.
Demonstrated contract review knowledge and negotiation is a plus.
Procedure writing, technical writing, content development, and process map creation are a plus.

Intermediate knowledge of Share Point.
Basic knowledge of mathematical calculations for metrics and analysis related to the business environment.
