Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Oversees and manages all aspects of inventory control in the warehouse.
3 – 5 years with related Bachelors degree; 1 – 3 years with related Masters degree
Manage and lead 1
year project of achieving 99.4% bin inventory accuracy in project stock
Conduct root cause analysis on inaccuracy issues
Develop action items to address inventory problems
Drive action items to completion
Conducts and manages all cycle counting
Chart and track inventory data
Report and communicate verbally and visually inventory data
Assure Crestview policies and procedure meet corporate guidelines
Conducts and manages all cycle counts on raw and project stock
Teach and guide warehouse employees on good inventory control practices
Review all inventory adjustments and monitor for potential problems
Leads inventory events
Assist Kitting/Warehouse and Shipping when needed for projects
Analyzes trends and performs personnel forecasts
Must have strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationship with internal and external customers
Assists supervisors with development and review of QAP’s/WI’s.

Physical Requirements: Primarily manufacturing/assembly environment. Must be able to work in the following environmental conditions: noise, vibration, proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current. Must be able to bend and reach. Must have close visual acuity such as viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines, and/or assembly or fabrication parts at close distance to the eyes. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to maneuver up to 50 pounds. Will be performing substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
