Primary Purpose
Providing reporting information to the project team. Collects, enters, and reports on project information. Sets up initial databases and queries for input and report generation.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Interacts with project controls team to collect cost data and enter into cost management spreadsheets. Works with project controls team to obtain and input schedule information into scheduling database. Sets up initial cost management spreadsheet templates for data input and report generation. Works with supervisors to assemble applicable fragnets of activities from reference plants to input into project schedules. ; Individual contributor with no subordinates.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Four year degree in a related field or equivalent experience in other functional areas.
Computer skills - Microsoft Office, highly prefer database development.
Understand transformation of data to information - Ability to visualize how data can be transformed into information in the production of project controls reports for use by project teams.
Understand database concepts - Understands or able to learn quickly basic database concepts in order to manage data and information within systems.
1+ years in planning/scheduling; business systems maintenance, cost engineering, and/or construction management. Attention to detail is required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule is a plus.
