LBP/Terrace Paper Company is a designer and manufacturer of corrugated cartons and displays and innovative foodservice and beverage packaging. LBP/Terrace Paper has been operational for more than 30 years offering packaging to a number of business throughout the U.S. JOB SUMMARY: Responsibilities include general support to the Director on day to day activities. Activities include internal company initiatives, account support tasks, and/or other strategic business initiatives. Expected to receive, manage, and complete assigned projects. Account Support: Responsibilities include filtering, screening and execution of requests as assigned, generating reports, working cross functionally to generate timelines and deliverables to be completed, creating presentations, preparing meeting agendas/presentations, completing client report requests, communication, executing & tracking of new project initiatives or current product change notices. General Support: Responsibilities include direct support for everyday work functions and/or confidential tasks; completing of sample requests, shipments, and tracking; communicate information effectively and efficiently to managers, employees, clients, or supplier partners. .Responsibilities: Manage the inflow of projects from various sources within or outside of the company. Gather necessary supporting information vital to project success. Direct the workflow of the project internally and externally as needed Lead projects by delivering pertinent information to the cross functional team and hold team members accountable for timelines and execution. Record all decisions, data, and relevant information in project files. Develop and maintain a database of project work that can easily be accessed Read and analyze incoming emails, submissions and reports in order to determine their significance and plan the distribution and/or execution. Conduct research, compile data, and organize information for presentations and prepare presentations Maintain an ownership position with projects, and ensure projects are completed on time, accurately, and successfully Build superior relationships within the organization and with our clients Project a professional company image Prepare agendas and travel arrangements. Prepare correspondence and samples for customers inquiries. Maintain confidentiality of all Company and client information. Perform additional duties as needed
Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Business or related field. Minimum of 5-7 years experience in Project Management and Packaging Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Dynamics GP a plus Critical thinking skills, ability to perform tasks & follow directions assigned by Director. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, while at the same time maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to meet deadlines and work under stressful situations. Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to manage people, products and expectations Must be client focused- both internally and externally and able to provide a superior experience for all Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of the organization Must be able to maintain poise in challenging situations and find solutions among conflict.
