JOB TITLE

Summary & Objective


The Project Coordinator assists in preparing projects for the field and other duties that ensure timely, accurate project start and completion as well as administrative duties associated with tracking revenue and costs related to those projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting up projects in respondent database and pulling list for upcoming projects
  • Online Screening Process
    • Creating prescreening questionnaires for online completion
    • Email distribution of prescreening surveys to potential respondents
    • Pulling survey responses daily and placing in appropriate project files for Project Managers
    • Closing out surveys
    • Manipulating final survey data for input into respondent database
    • Gathering opt outs/bounce backs from email distribution platform and closing completed campaigns
  • Assist the Facility Director
    • Setting up bids in SalesForce
    • Pulling streaming revenue share notices and add to cost reports
    • Updating and maintaining the project calendar
    • Updating SalesForce with actual billings based on final invoices
  • Online Homework
    • Assist with loading participants into the Online Homework platform
    • Assist with monitoring participant engagement in online homework
  • Entering of employee timecards
  • Assist with updating of respondent grids
  • Any other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Outgoing personality with courteous client service attitude
  • Excellent team-based attitude, commitment to providing top-notch service and expertise to clients
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Good Problem Solving Skills, organizational skills and detailed oriented
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in fast-paced environment
  • Propensity for using computers and an interest in and ability to quickly learn new platforms
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated (manages time efficiently and works well with little guidance/supervision)
  • Some college preferred

Hours: Full time, salary
