The Penhall Company's is currently accepting applications for a full time Project Coordinator to work in a fast paced position with a variety of responsibilities. Penhall's Contracts Administrator / Office Engineer will process bid job contracts and ensure compliance with associated contract documents and billing requirements. The successful candidate will have experience in similar small to mid-sized project environments. Through sound actions and decision making, this position provides an opportunity to have a daily impact on our business. A willingness to work through difficult situations and circumstances beyond their control with a commitment to seek positive results for all concerned will be critical.Position Requirements: 2+ years project administration / coordination experience. Construction industry experience is a MUSTMust be organized and able to work on more than one task at a time Tenacity, patience, self-reliance, and flexibilityConcepts of construction cost - incurred and accruedCan work with and communicate effectively with Project Managers and Superintendents on billing Additional Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word and Excel Strong leadership skills, creative thinker, attention to detail, and big picture potential Position Duties: Process and ensure completion of Site Incident Prevention Program for Intel sitesAssist with month end billing and closing scheduleKeeps management informed of current project schedule and SIPPS applications, associated to those projectsMaintains safe working environment by enforcing Penhall with Zero Accident cultureJob site Safety audits Penhall is concerned about the safety and protection of its employees while still protecting their privacy.
