Leader in Media Entertainment is seeking a Project Coordinator with empahsis on Technical Writing and Documentation Position Purpose The Project Coordinator and documentation specialist will report to the Director of Technical Operations and help a larger project team to create update maintain and store all documentation related to key initiatives This individual will be a key resource the operations management and engineering teams and work directly with management on both sides to capture and maintain critical information and help to prioritize tasks This is an excellent role for someone with strong Microsoft office skills who looking to learn how manage large scale projects for a major broadcast and media company Responsibilities bull Supporting Project Management Operations bull Maintaining timelines for critical initiatives which means attending meetings capturing changes documenting and redistributing bull Helping to create executive report outs on key projects to executive management including creating power points presentations and conducting basic data analysis as needed bull Organizing scheduling and attending meetings to capture changes to timelines or project requirements and documenting appropriately bull Attending established weekly pacing meetings for different projects and sending out project notes bull Attending brainstorm sessions on various aspects of a project capturing what is discussed and possibly written down on paper or a white board and turning that into real documentation bull Receiving hand written workflows and creating into Visio workflows to be cataloged bull Managing a project documentation warehouse or wiki including managing user’s access and uploading and maintaining documentation bull Leading the core management team through a daily check in to ensure critical tasks are prioritized and completed in accordance to the project timeline bull Evaluating the project structure and making sure meetings documents and reviews are scheduled in the most efficient manner bull Creating templates needed for project documentation SOPs and pitches bull Leading the extended team through a weekly timeline review updating changes and capturing all meeting notes Requirements bull Hard working and organized individual bull Expertise in Microsoft Word Power Point Excel Visio bull Experience with Microsoft project bull Strong documentation skills bull College education bull Some travel may be required Apply to email imusicantebotsforditcom mailtoimusicantebotsforditcom Unable to sponsor at this time US Citizens and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply Technical Writer, Documentation, Viso
