Assists in the execution of various aspects of research operations with direct supervision from project lead. May include related tasks, coordination with field and/or data capture and production departments. Requires minimum client contact. Performs all duties according to project requirements and Maritz Research's Quality Management System to meet or exceed client expectations.

Reporting and Working Relationships
Reports to: Mgr, Research Operations or Manager, Program Operations or above Internal/External contacts: Takes direction from business/team leadership. Internal-Production, Data Collection, Warehouse, Administration, Information Technology, External-Suppliers of project materials or data collection services, Client representatives.

PERFORM FIELD TASKS AS DIRECTED: (1) Communicates to internal team members (i.e., IT, data collection, production warehouse, etc.) and documents project specifications (2) Coordinates execution details with interviewing, coding and data processing supervisors. (3) Completes ongoing, established processes required to support projects (i.e., hot alert systems and other proprietary processing systems such as MARS, CMDR, V2, etc.). 40
QUALITY ASSURANCE (FIELD MONITORING, DATA VERIFICATION/ REPORTING/TABBING): (1) Reviews reports for accuracy by checking tabulations, prepares data tables and reports. (2) Monitors/audits data collection activities to ensure that the activities are completed according to project plan. 40
PROJECT ADMINISTRATIVE: (1) Maintains project files. Creates and maintains associated project specific documentation (QMS specific documents, project specific work instructions, etc.). (2) Maintains calendars and project status tracking documents. (3) Monitors project costs for specific components as directed. (4) Monitors project schedules for ongoing tasks (5) Coordinates/communicates project inputs/outputs across departments (6) Materials inventory and tracking as needed. 20

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years experience in related professional field required. Computer Skills: MS OFFICE - INTERMEDIATE - Required WINDOWS - INTERMEDIATE - Required
