The global Employee Health Services team is responsible for administering GE’s world-wide absence management, occupational health & compliance programs, site certification and wellness initiatives. This position is responsible for day-to-day operational elements & delivering on several new initiatives.
Advance the development and implementation of a global strategy to drive employee and family engagement in wellness. This includes:
Set the overall vision, ensure state of the art, integrated, holistic approach
Define, identify and evaluate innovative new wellness and engagement programs, initiatives and tools – outside the benefit platforms
Lead implementation of programs, initiatives and tools - partnering with corporate delivery, systems, benefits, communications and business teams
Coordinate closely with global business and worksite teams
Lead the strategy and oversee management of the global HealthAhead portal, including product roadmap, content planning
Work with systems on the technical strategy
Co-lead the strategy for the individual/family certification program, including the integration with the HealthAhead portal
Establish and maintain vendor relationships and key internal GE partnerships such as Affinity networks, global network of worksite champions and other key regional teams
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, health, business or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience working in the wellness environment
Minimum 5 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects & teams in a highly matrixed environment including key roles involving digital tools and strategies

Proven experience conceiving, developing and delivering creative products, programs and promotions
Comfortable applying technology to support initiatives
Excellent presentation and written communication skills
Competency with Microsoft office applications
