Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA, currently seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst.

The focus of this position is to provide the regional BIS teams with project management and business analyst support for Professional Service (OPS, IT Services) and Solutions engagements.

  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
  • Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
  • Effectively apply KMBS methodology and enforce project standards.
  • Prepare engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
  • Minimizes exposure and risk on projects.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Position must be within daily commuting distance of the Anaheim, CA area.
  • Travel required – 5-10%
  • Manage project budget.
  • Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.

    Business Development
  • Identify business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project.
  • Lead proposal efforts including completing project scoping and LOE assessments.
  • Effectively conveys our message in both written and verbal business development discussions.

    Technical Understanding
  • Possess understanding in the areas of managed print services, document management, print & document security and cost accounting, print optimization, MFP and Printer technology.
  • Understand Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of our capabilities.
  • Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements.
  • Provide high-level sales support focusing on Konica Minolta and Third Party Solution products.
  • Manage day-to-day client interaction as it relates to on-going projects and continual contract management

  • 5+ years technical sales support or project management experience in related field (Managed Print Services, Professional Services, IT Services, Solutions, Software and Document Management.
