Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is currently seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst.
This position is responsible for ensuring success regarding the overall experience of a customer within Konica Minolta’s strategic accounts. The main focus is to provide a single point of focus on non-sales related issues. This position
will have exposure to both Konica Minolta and customer senior management
Identifies and recommends productivity enhancements, base identification, classification and new product updates
Facilitates customer inquiries through resolution, single point of contact for both internal and external post sales tasks and initiates non-sales transactions (exchanges, relocations)
Maintains customer “report card” of key performance indicators; prepares customer reviews and surveys. Presents results to Konica Minolta and customer senior management.
Ensures compliance to contract terms by all parties
Leads and manages strategic customer focused projects. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling and training. Projects are cross-functional and may include customer employees and consultants.
Performs other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field or the equivalent work experience
Five years in a professional business function. This experience should have
included direct customer contact in a corporate organizational structure.
Must be proficient with Microsoft software applications.
Strong project management skills preferred.
