Job Description

The Project Manager will be in charge of receiving plans, preparing them for submittal to the city, taking them to be submitted for review, and following up with the review status. Must research, coordinate, monitor and report progress of each project from start to finish. We monitor between 40-60 active projects at any given time. This job is part-time with the possibility of full-time employment.


Background in fields such as architecture, engineering, interior design, construction, project/account management strongly preferred.


Must be comfortable with using web-based project management (KPI/Workforcetrak), navigating various government websites which are not always intuitive, frequent email correspondence via mobile and desktop

Able to efficiently execute multiple projects from start to finish, research and understand multiple codes and ordinances for various cities
Self-starter, detail-oriented, self-informed
Calm and focused when dealing with government red tape
Due to our location in East Austin, an affinity for tacos is a plus.
