PDS solutions and managed services deliver e-forms automation, paperless registration, including digital signature capture, clinical documentation and physician order management to provide streamlined workflow, Joint Commission and HIPAA compliance. Our admitting solutions allow for workflow during the patient registration process thus integrating into EMR systems.
We are presently experiencing significant growth within our healthcare registration systems and are currently accepting resumes for tenured/experienced project managers for national deployments. This challenging role combines both technical and functional workflow project based work with a high level visibility to major hospital stakeholders and multiple levels of hospital staff, including executive exposure within Precision.
This position will be responsible for managing resources, establishing workflow and gap analysis within our core services and new products. Responsibilities will include execution of all aspects of the project from Initiation to project acceptance. Some key expectations are leading the project team for kick offs internally and with the client, maintain documentation, establish synergies with all teams, including but not limited to transition meetings, working with clients to seamlessly move from sales (pre-contract) through the implementation phase (post -contract) and the end transition to support (post-implementation). This position will assist the sales team and the management team with questions and client issues for all product types, core and new. This position will interface with clients via email, phone, web and in-person meetings to assist with the management of the project.

§ Planning / Project Management
Confirm project scope with client & internal project teams Build and maintain an as-needed project plan Manage communications with internal and external project teams Provide weekly status reports & executive summaries for leadership Run kickoff meeting with stakeholders Run weekly update meetings, in conjunction with technical meetings § Manage resources
§ Coordinate Implementation Consultant, Systems Analyst, Forms development resources for the project
§ Working with the technical team to establish synergy
§ To deploy hardware remotely and in person
§ To implement server tasks
§ To install software including testing

Training users Supplement classroom training Supplement Implementation Consultant where needed, remotely and in person Manage Go live of the product Provide technical and workflow support to all departments Provide onsite support for users Manage project scope and timelines of go live Documentation Create user guides for hospital Create support documentation for help desk transition Manage all project change requests and approvals Key Competencies
Ability to manage projects with IT, Business Office leadership in enterprise hospitals Proficient with MS Project, MS Office, VISIO and testing systems Exceptional oral and written communication skills Customer service oriented Ability to manage project triple constraints Education and Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (5+ years) Basic working knowledge of PC, windows operating systems, applications, internet explorer Role as a Liaison between end users, implementation and technical teams Classroom & remote training where needed Hospital Patient Access or equivalent hospital work experience to understand patient registration workflows and form requirements Key Considerations about the Job
  • Customer Project work may/will require overtime
  • Heavy travel including some weekends training ED staff – 75-100% travel
  • Must have valid state issued drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • 1099 Contract position with potential to convert to permanent employee
  • Pay rate – TBD based on Experience
